Through a private stock placement, we are always attempting to raise funds for expansion.
How do we use investment dollars?
A. Primarily, funds invested are used to purchase real estate. We purchase homes through our Guaranteed Sale Program that are used for our Rent to Own program. We also purchase commercial buildings for all our All in One offices. We don't rent our offices, we own them (sometimes we rent them out to others).
What is the likely return of the funds invested?
A. Although nobody can predict the future, we believe the returns should be quite significant. Because these funds are leveraged by the fact that we can get mortgages for the bulk money needed for real estate purchases, we can magnify the returns on dollars invested.
What other areas are the funds invested in?
A. On occasion, if the return is right and we are in a good equity position, we will lend the money with a secured real estate lein. We generally receive a 15%-18% return on any such investments. These investments are usually short-term in nature.
What are the downside risks?
A. As with many investments, if the company is not profitable, you could lose some or all of your principal investment.
How do I get my funds out?
A. You will receive an annual profit payout based on the company's performance. You can also sell your interest to another investor. The stock will have a par value and can be privately traded. Depending on company liquidity, we may also buy the stock back from the investor at current market value.
Are there any intentions on taking the company public?
A. We may seek to go public in the future.
What other benefits are there in investing in the company?
A. By investing, you get a "piece" of the company. That means all profits, not just profits from real estate. The main income for the company is through providing all of its services to clients and obtaining a profit on each service.
Why is All in One looking for investment dollars?
A. We believe we have the best overall program in the real estate market. We can only expand as fast as our cashflow allows. Additional investment dollars opens new offices which generates more income which provides higher investor returns.
