If you have that entrepreneurial spirit, you can become an investment partner with us. There are two alternative methods that you may want to consider.
1. Cash Investment: We always need additional working capital. Your only role is to bring investment dollars to the partnership. These can even be from a 1031 exchange. We will locate acceptable properties, find and screen candidates and handle all of the details of the investment from start to finish. You are always protected with a secured lein and partnership agreement on each project. Yet we handle all of the headaches and hassles normally associated with real estate investments.
2. No Cash Investment: No monetary investment is required. Your role is to find property owners that are interested in selling their home to us. Many of the properties we aquire are from people going through a divorce, bankruptcy, foreclosure, or out of town transfer. But remember, we offer up to 100% of the value for a home, so almost every home (that is not listed with a real estate agent) is a candidate. Once you find a candidate, we will negotiate the terms with the seller and handle all of the transaction details. Your job is done, and you become a partner with us for as long as we own that property.
Because we are a real estate company and a mortgage company, we can save thousands of dollars in transaction costs whether we are buying or selling a specific property. As an investor with us, you will share in that cost savings through increased profits. Once again, a win-win proposition.
